You can't make it if...

I bet you were not like that when your passive sources of income were not there.
It was always a side hustle until it wasn't.
TBH, when I started, I was working a full-time job, had a 2-month-old baby, and was studying for an MSc. I didn't have time for much else. My only option was to outsource just about everything. At most I could dedicate 30 mins - 1 hour a night. I never went beyond that until I started doing it as my main source of income, but even then it was limited to about 25 hours a week.

I think I should lay off the meth finally.

Working on your discipline and understanding of the world has nothing to do with being unproductive.
I can say the same thing about YouTube, gaming and anime. you cant say you work more than someone who work less hours if you weren't efficient there is a difference between being efficient and effective.

There is a very clear difference between listed medias and money making forum.

If you can't see it, then you can start lurking facebook during breaks and see what will happen to you.

Completely isolating yourself from all people is a method of descending into madness.

You labeled my ways of doing with procrastination. You can't push your body towards total extremes.

By contradicting me, you actually promoted doing everything without soul and avoiding sharing your passion.

What I'm doing is on the verge of manipulating myself into becoming a monster.

But I can do it to build my dreams.

I can't use bad words here, so you are lucky.

Read the OP post again. :)

This guy thinks he knows what he is talking about. It just proves how bad it can get if you lurk mainstream social media too much.

He was watching youtube videos with funny animations.

Now he comes here to label someone who is dedicated and is calling them a procrastinator.

As if he attained the ultimate knowledge in those videos with naive answers to complexities of life.

Imagine this. Someone is lifting 450 kg in an exercise called deadlift.
He comes with his great message that it's all EZ PZ and it's just some stupid weightlifting.
In the end it's just physical force! No mental effort! Breaks should not take place!!! 8 million reps!

That's the level of this situation. It's hilarious, ridiculous and disrespectful. All at the same time.

If someone will use the weaponized language again here.

I promise. I will remember that till the last day.
Till the last moment.

Procrastination is language invented by manipulative people to make other people feel guilty.

This is a tool of manipulators to make other people do whatever the oppressor is willing their slave to do.

There is no point in keeping this word in your language if you want to be reasonable.

It just doesn't make any sense.

I completely agree with OP. This is particularly true if you know you've got nowhere else to turn to for survival, but the internet. I've had days/weeks that I worked for so long my eyes ached so badly from staring at my pc. Once I'm able to get me a stable means of passive income, then I'll cut down on the time...it ain't easy at all.

If you can't work 80 hours a week.
If you think it will be easy.
If you think you will be normal.

Normal people are not working 80 hours a week.
Normal people are working 40 hours a week, but very casually.

If you are like me, you can be put anywhere and you will spend 80 hours a week working.

If you get in my way, I will just throw 100 arguments at you and you will be unable to fight anymore cause you can't work as much as I can.
Unless you are actually working 80 hours a week.
Sounds like you are a very dedicated, diligent working individual. Power to you brother. Working hard is certainly one way to get ahead in life, but you cannot let life pass you by. Be sure you take the time to enjoy the fruits of your labors. :)

do you count spending time on bhw as work? just a question I am curious

I took that as a challenge, sorry if I'm being toxic.
my point is that working more hours doesn't mean that you work more if you are counting hours you take doing something else (even if its self improvement).
I told myself the same thing when I spent a lot of time last week reading a book because the author had a different opinion than someone that I hated and I wanted to prove him wrong.
when watching YouTube I say to myself but its an educational video.
just because something is good doesn't mean its a good use of your time.
and even if its that doesn't make it count as working.
I don't count those things as work or think that taking a break is bad but you shouldn't say that you put more hours than everybody else when a good part of it is not working.
by the way you shouldn't attack people you should attack ideas and this is not what I did when I told you what you shouldn't do because I was attacking both.

you are churning yourself, when you burn it?

Why does that toxic behavior happens all the time. I feel like yesterday I took 100 offensive and 201 defensive stances.
It was crazy.

I think I turned into one of those reddit warriors. I don't want it to happen again.

Technically, you can work less and get more done by outsourcing all grunt work

Of course we don't take into account anything else than being a boss and upper management.
Co-sourcing and outsourcing all the way to the success.

Don't know anyone with money who would do everything themselves.
That's just not how it works.
