Yes, there was a Panda update. You don't need to see our urls and keywords to prove it though.

My sites are doing well but i have a clients whoes site dropped out completly and I am having this damndest time getting to re-enter the serps. Any strategies you guys have found helpful to just get back on the map?

same here.. all our money sites were wipe out in the #1 rank. although there are some site who are still in Page 1. but the traffic is not that huge anymore

panda is over rated. get some good links, and forget social. and you will do fine.
