I guess it's possible to create one or two pages like that...but after some time, if you try to create and manage multiple pages with repetitive content created by someone else, it will be probably shadowbanned.

Maybe with more IPs and more devices it can work for large scale

Yes, it can work very well, especially for memes. Not sure if it would work for multiple pages or more than a post per day. But it's something to keep in mind

You NEED good content to post. If you post shitty content, then people won't repost/engage.
 
yeah being seeing a lot of accounts doing the same, but they are always new accounts method is good until either are reported or someone find it out.

I think that's just the exception from the rule, long term it's not feasible
 
Are you doing it yourself? It's easy to talk after seeing one of those pages, but I doubt it would be feasible to run multiple of those pages for months
