formerly I was using other WA numbers in the past through an Unofficial API for many years, but after long time since 2024 numbers were all banned.
So I have changed the marketing process, now I am using a new WA number just to communicate with existing costumer.
I am sending around 10-12 messages /day to costumers who have already purchased about 1.000$ products and give them instructions. They love the WA assistance and it is good for our company. So no risk to be reported.
Strange thing is that: I am using the official Whatsapp application on Mac downloaded from their website (last time I was using whatsapp web with Chrome also) but I am still getting banned while I am using the application. Like they detect I am not using the official application.
I understand the point the use 3rd party software like Franz ecc., but it is the official application now.
How can I fix it?
I need to use WA on a personal computer because it is more easy to reply people. Is there any other way?
