It doesn't matter if you/me/others have stable jobs or not. Each success requires focus, commitment and will. Let's take "job hunting" as an example. If you are jobless, you'll never land any job if you are not looking for it (will), if you let other issues/problems interfere/meddle with your brain while you are on the job hunt it'll be hard for you to find any (focus), if you are not striving to do your best and advance on your job you will soon be at the beginning looking for another job (commitment). Just my two cents on this
