you a skilled programmer/web developer ? I've got projects for days..

To keep it short, I've got a good amount of personal projects that im working on, few are heavy in the medical niche which as we all know, is a never ending payday when done right.. Plus many other projects, from various niche sites, iphone & android apps, fb apps, radio sites, etc.. I'm looking for my go to programmer(s), someone reliable and that I can trust and build out a long term relationship with. I'm also into offline marketing, and have an assistant whose only job is to dig up businesses to target in a few different areas. So 200+ bussiness spreads a week is what I normally have to target, hopefully converting a few along the way, though I have been slackin' lately.. Point being is that there is ALWAYS something to do...


I know there are some excellent programmers (php,html,javascript/jquery,c,etc) on here who lack project idea(s) or dont have easy access to profitable offline prospects to target.
