Interesting, if not completely mind numbing. Youtube doesnt hold entire content, I cant name the number of time's I've seen a clip on youtube and went out and bought the entire movie because it sparked my interest.

they will have hard time suing YouTube because DMCA gives online services safe harbor as long as they respond to takedown notices...

which is why we should all switch to 'user-generated' content because it provides an additional level of protection against copyright claims
