Yoast vs All in one seo pack - which works better?

the all in one seo pack

I'm aware Yoast helps out the begginers giving them suggestions etc but
Which works better in terms of SEO - giving suggestions is one thing and doing
the magic is another

Your opinions are needed which one do you use for Wordpress and why?

Yoast plugin is better when compared to all in seo as it has got additonal features than allin seo like robots, htaccess, xml etc
