Rank Math is really effing good. We switched from Yoast + Redirection to just Rank Math a few weeks ago and so far it's so much better that Yoast. It does everything Yoast and Redirection do, plus it adds Schema, and it does it well.
It's relatively new, so there are bugs and we ran into problems with our custom theme. BUT there's a Facebook group dedicated to the plugin with the devs in there every day actively. I've been emailing the main guy behind it and working through some of the issues we've had and now it's running absolutely as desired. To be fair to them, we're running a customized version of the Roots starter theme and the Soil optimization plugin, which we often find we get plugin conflicts with, but the speed we get is too good to pass up. Even still, they have never taken more than 24 hours to respond to a bug report and always with possible solutions.
My advice is to try it out - it imports all your Yoast settings, and you'll just need to go through and add all the extra stuff Rank Math needs for Schema. You can always keep Yoast installed and revert any time you want.
