ghosting is unlikely to be permanent. Leave it for a while, be on your bet behaviour.
I have no idea if this will help, but you could try and improve your engagement, but making other accounts like / follow / retweet your content, increase your followers. But in a realistic manner. Maybe it will trigger the "this account is actually genuine" flag and the ghosting will come off.

It usually only lasts a few days. Like rootjazz said, do normal stuff to make Twitter think you are a real account and you'll be OK. Once the ghosting is over, tone down whatever you were doing to get ghosted.

If you spam they will ghost you. Make a new account and be less aggressive
