yo need a lil' help

hey guys! i'm looking to mass post to classifieds but i need a reliable vps. I need the vps to be us based and allow me to purchase a large amount of ips. anyone selling a service like this or know of one. I'm willing to pay for ips... and I don't know how I can tell big vps companies I need it for spamming, so I need a vps that won't ask any questions thanks ya'll
