[YMM Journey] Reselling BHW services + E-commerce + SEO

Oh I know. I could out a few BST sellers that resell fiverr stuff.

All these $100-$400 packages are just fiverr packages bundled up.

You would be surprised how many sellers in the marketplace are actually 'resellers'. Sure is is a "quick buck" method, but this "quick buck" is having a great fuck. :D

so you are basically reselling junk that you have no control over?

Is this in the best interest for your client or YOU?

This sounds more like a "quick buck" scheme with no ones interest other than your own.

Currently, about 5% of my products are created by me, aka they are not being resold.

So, the rest 95% is the junk, however, I don't think I don't have control over it. I have the control to pick my suppliers, and the control to request the highest quality for my services. Yes, I know it's not as if I was creating all the products, but I'm doing my best to give the highest quality. Also, I'm currently learning how to use GSA, and will buy it pretty soon most likely.

Regarding the interests question - of course selling more services is in my interest, but it's also in my interest to have returning clients (which I do). Therefore, I really try to provide a good quality.

It might sound like a quick buck scheme, but in my opinion it's a good business model. When you go to the local store to buy some cheese, the store have no control whatsoever about the cheese ingredients. Yet, there is a demand, and people buy it.

Exactly! After I have been researching a lot this topic, I can confirm that there are plenty of sellers who are actually resellers. Yet, it doesn't mean they have 0 control over the quality.

Just read everything and i am impressed. You did a really good job setting everything up and converting the crazy low traffic you got. Another proof that targeted traffic is the way to go. I just have a few questions and it would be great if you could anwser them.

1. Do you use your personal paypal account or created a new business one?
2. Since i only used wordpress and i want to know if its difficult to manage woocommerce and if it costs anything to add payment gateways.
3. What's your cheapest SEO package and what price ranges do you set? For how much do you resell the service? x2,x3 or more of the actual price?

For traffic i would recommend creating YT videos and ranking them in YT and google serps. I am going to start something similar soon. The live chat is definitely a golden nugget for me which i will use for a better conv. rate. So thanks for that and please keep me/us updated. ^^

Wish you all the best for your journey!

So you want to say that all Blackhatworld sales threads, actually the service which is promoted there - in other words vendors/seller - are crap ?

Hey, thanks for the nice words!

1. I answered this already, but yes - I do use my own PP account, which is a bisness acc.
2. Woocommerce is easy in my opinion, and payment gateways are available for free (most of them)
3. I have $1 products. Not everything is SEO packages. I also do have $1,000+ products now. My most bought products are sold on ~70% profit. (If the product cost me $10, Im selling it for ~$17). Some products are sold on 200%+ profit.

The Video SEO for my industry is kinda hard and saturated, as videos do not rank for multiple broad KWs. But yeah, soon I will definitely try this too.

Of course NOT! First of all I said that there exist BST threads that are reselling other services. Yet, reselling doesn't mean it's a crap service. This is simply how the market works. If there is a good service for a good price, there will be people who will be reselling it. Reselling coca-cola doesn't mean it's a crap product. Good products will always get plenty of affiliates/resellers.

Updates for previous days are coming soon, stay tuned. 1 of the days was $60+ in revenue, and the other total $0. LOLz. Traffic is still ridiculously low.

Plz come back, OP.

Any updates on this? I really enjoyed reading this one! :)

Sorry guys, I really have no motivation whatsoever to continue this journey. Everything is going fine for now, and hopefully I will be able to sell the website for low-mid four figures, which is great for me. Once I do it, I will announce the price I got for it.

Sorry about this guys, my journey wasn't getting any attention whatsoever, and this was harming my motivation to continue. The website is currently earning $30/day on average with some $100+ days.
Sharing with the community (I have 2 or 3 sharing threads, not counting this journey) for 2 months, and not getting any feedback for no reason was kinda disappointing, and only time consuming. I understand that when I started this journey I was a complete noob who only had good knowledge and very low experience, but things are changing now. I found 2 partners, and I'm working on 3 additional projects. For my next project, I might decide to start a new journey.

I hope you guys understand my decision.

I also started HATING the niche I am in (BIG TIME!), and I really want to sell the website ASAP and move to something I enjoy more. (I already have 5 working estores, and I will sell it once I reach 8+)

lol I am 100% sure I know your site. that's good though because it was high in google rankings.

Sucks you are done with this thread. You have some really helpful info in here and I appreciate what you did. Thanks for giving the small guys hope!

The point of the journey on the thread was to motivate yourself and show others that it can be done. You accomplished both. Keep pushing in your business. It was a pleasure watching you grow.
