So there's an app called yikyak its an anonymous twitter it goes by location using gps and stuff. Pretty much I think we can exploit it and use it for our own use, we just need bots. On yikyak you post anonymous "yaks" and they get upvoted/downvoted. So i could post something like "yo go to mysite. com cause theyre giving out ipads to people in this town we're in", you can use this to get extremely geo location targeted, you can even approach a pizza place and be like "hey listen I can get 100 teens to come in here tonight if you promise to sell pizza's for $10" you can charge the pizzeria to get them customers, you then go on yikyak and post "yo joes pizza $10 pizzas, sick deal i cant stop eatting" then use a bot to give it 100 upvotes, teens in the area will think people are actually going there they will go there and the pizzeria will get customers and you'll get comission or w/e you negotiate. ALL WE NEED IS A BOT, college towns are huge + Take state university of new paltz ny for an examaple, suny newpaltz has like 20 restaurants, small ones and large ones, you can approach a small restuarant owner and be like "listen i can get 100 people to come here tonight if you do a speical or something, if you give me $50 i can make it happen" boom $50 made cause of a bot. why hasnt anyone mad a bot yet

I tried promoting my last app (by hand, no bot) by changing my location and posting in different college towns saying hey go download this game. Only problem is the upvoting. With multiple devices (or multiple spoofed devices) I can definitely see how you could get someone to go to a certain link.

Yik Yak doesn't allow posting of links, and most link posters are seen as pretty suspicious, but I'm sure a certain percentage would look at things. I'm in college.. everyone goes on Yik Yak

This is very clever. Do you think it will be possible to run this bot via PC or will we require some serious hacking into Android device and the application work?
