Having never been consistent with a method, I'm going to try promoting my TV show streaming site for the duration of one month. To monetize the traffic, I've got 3 options: either CPA Lead, Zangocash or Perfecttracking (I'm approved on all 3). CPA Lead being the preferred choice, as Zangocash has got bad rep as spyware and Perfecttracking is a little unknown (although I have heard it converts up to 15% better than CPA Lead). During this time, I will STOP reading BHW (other than this thread) and WILL NOT work on any other methods. As for getting the traffic: 1) Twitter: I've not really familiar with twitter yet, but I bet it could be really good for getting tv site traffic. Almost everybody loves tv shows, so I could create accounts tailored for specific tv-shows. 2) Facebook & myspace: great accounts with a lot of friends. Use mass messaging to promote my site or create fan groups for specific tv-shows. 3) Youtube: teaser videos with links in description / annotations. 4) Social bookmarking: bookmark my videos en masse for low competition keywords. 5) Videosites: yideo, sidereel etc (this is dubious, as I believe these sites ban you in a heart beat if you are using content protection gateways). I will post the updates to my journal in the following format: Shows added to my site (minimum of 40 per day): Revenue generated: Work done: Time Spent (minimum 5h per day): Reflection (what to change/other notes): My goal: a modest $20 per day. All criticism and suggestions and motivation is welcome. I will start on full throttle as 14th of July. After this test run, I will move on to bum marketing.
