This seems to be the new narrative right now. I was in a space on X where they discussed how you can make your trading journey easier with trading assistants like GetAgent, OpenAI, or even Claude. Personally, I’ve always used ChatGPT and Claude for normal administrative work, not for anything trading related, because I felt the setup was too complex.

Anyway, I listened closely as the hosts dissected the topic and analyzed GetAgent in detail. I was glued. I decided to try it myself using their specifications on an onchain competition, and these were some of the results. Now I’m starting to get convinced about using AI trading assistance to improve your win ratio. Do you agree or disagree with this?

That's interesting, care to share the link to the X spaces or more details.

AI trading assistants can help with data analysis and backtesting speed, but relying on them fully without human validation risks overfitting or reacting to short-term noise; best results come from combining AI insights with your own strategy discipline.

Thanks, appreciate it. Haven't tried AI trading but like all trading advice - only trade what you can afford to lose.

I always thought it was too complex for trading until I tried GetAgent during the Bitget Onchain Competition. It helped me spot patterns, build a checklist, and sharpen my mindset. I actually felt like I belonged among top traders. Now I’m convinced AI can boost win rates.

DCA into quality is the most successful strategy most people can do. Unfortunately, besides BTC, quality has been hard to find over the past few years.

Very interesting. Please send me the link where this was discussed.

These AI doesn't made for trading! In long run you'll lose!
By the way what is your risk to reward ratio?

True..that's also my takeaway from everything..

1. Build yourself first and improve your technical analysis game.
2. Inculcate AI agents to it, someone mentioned GetAgent so probably he same results as mine so that's good
3. Practice and practice..that's the key to success!. Happy weekend buddy.

AI can definitely help, but i dont think it would that simple, since if it was, everyone would be making money in the markets

I got burned once, start with super small amount, like $5 per day max.

I really don't have much faith in trading with bots. So far, I haven't seen anyone make money from using bots; only those who sell bots make money.

Yeah , people hear bot and don't understand how a trading engine works.

Reading a book about HFT is very useful, followed by the understanding that the crypto exchanges folks come from that calibre amd chose an environment with no regulation.

Their trading engine will always fron run and throttle you.

The bots out there are totally intranparent and seem to lack hedging etc.

The big players are making billions with bots that can execute orders in nanoseconds and buy all the "good" stock and cryptocurrency at will. You don't stand a chance against them because they execute thousands of orders by the minute, all good stock and crypto is bought or sorted before you can even blink. I suggest you don't put money that you need in crypto because of the said players and its volatily can and will destroy your nest egg,

Artificial intelligence will help without any problems, but it cannot predict everything and will work linearly without any psychological subtext.

Building on the idea that big players are making billions with high-frequency trading bots, I've seen this play out in my own testing with a custom-built bot on a smaller scale. By leveraging a combination of technical indicators and machine learning algorithms, I was able to achieve a 25% increase in monthly returns compared to manual trading. However, this required significant upfront investment in infrastructure and ongoing optimization to stay competitive. The key takeaway is that bots can be effective, but only when paired with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a robust risk management strategy. One approach that has worked for me is to use AI-powered bots for trend identification and entry points, while relying on fundamental analysis for exit strategies and portfolio rebalancing.
