NO. There are a ton of ways to do linking that brings significant weight. Dont waste your time on pingbacks.

both answeres appreaciated alot.

Katarina- for the pingbacks I use a plugin for wp a member gave me so everytime I post it takes it and makes the pingbacks,thanks.
