Yelp page the best way to take it down is via an attorney. The likelihood of a Yelp page deindexing these days is almost 0%.

Ask your client to talk a local attorney and do it the legal way. They usually can do a back channel with Yelp to take it down.

If your client owns the Instagram/Facebook page you can simply delete it. Unlike yelp or Trust Pilot after you delete a page it will disappear along with the old content/reviews.

If the insta/fb page is done by a competition or a 3rd party to defame the client, report this on Meta.
