the courts ruled that they "yelp" have the right to manipulate reviews based on paying or non paying customers. Since it's a free service they "yelp" have the right to do what they want. This came from a recent court ruling.

Their customer service guys are friendly, you can straight out make a deal to get reviews to stick but you can hint and get on the same page. Your going to cancel if they don't produce value
