Looking for some one that can comments on one of a friend restaurant. will pay $1 per comments.

Be careful about buying reviews, mostly for practical reasons. Anybody who posts them for $1 each will likely just end up getting filtered by Yelp.
 
it might be not allowed but its done all the time so nothing to bad about it.
 
I think Yelp has pretty robust (and random?) filters where it can filter out legit reviews and all the spam reviews too.

That's only in the USA I hope.

I've got a bot to post on the site, the problem with it, is that they filter it out somehow. If you've got any idea how to not get filtered I'll let you use it for a while.
