yellabot tool dead ?

Hello

I spent 97$ twice last week to get a licence for Yellabot.
Never received any licence, even after sending multiple email to Gerry Cramer (supposed to be the contact ), support team, and creating support request.

Does anyone know if yellabot is permenently dead ?

Does anyone know what happened to yellabot, it seems since yellowpages canada changed their UI that yellabot Canada is no longer working.

Also I wonder where Gerry is because it seems that there is zero support, this one might be a charge back on the credit card.

For information, about 3 mont ago, i pay about 200$ to get it.
I never received any licencse , so i can not start it.
I sent many many email to all email i could find.
I never received any answer.
Meanwhile, i keep receiving their promotion email...
It is a scam, stay away from yellabot.

I have yellabot and ezempire builder...I rarely use them though....i wonder if I could sell them both?

Does this guy have a BHW account here? If so we need to open a Shit List thread cause this guy is still selling the app and it is not working and no support from them at all.

I realize this is an old thread but just seeing this for the 1st time... if anyone has any issues receiving your license key or find any other issues (support issues or otherwise), you are welcome to contact me here on the forums from now on. I will do my best to reply asap. We do have a solid support reputation and we are doing our best to improve constantly.

You can see our most recent zendesk report shows 100% satisfied customers within the last 60-days which i hope says a lot.
