Yay! Lets all start outing peoples sites!

I don't know if anything has changed but as far as I remember it used to be against the rules to out peoples sites/pages etc.

I tried looking this up but can't seem to find any such information and hence the thread.

Are we allowed to out peoples sites nowadays? Because it seems that these threads appear more and more often.

Don't know whether to be reporting them or what?

I think rules must be made that sites should not be posted publicly.

It really doesn't feels nice that someone is posting your site on a public forum like BHW where there are some successful case studies which proves Neg. SEO works like charm.
