I get the best results by doing this type of thing:
1. Create accounts - make sure you have a lot of captchas to cover it
2. Create an article and post it
3. Wait a bit and then search for live links to see which articles posted.
The check boxes on the right hand side can be used to filter out failed and other types of sites. You can also check sites and save them into groups for future use.
