Yandex Direct Cloaking

Yandex itself does a lot of cloaking. Content for Russians is not same we get. Line between custom content and cloaking gets blurred.
Other than that, it's a search engine like all others.
I speak about advertizing on search of Yandex which is called Yandex.Direct.
I try to do a cloaking but my methods aren't so good kind of to me there was a wish. Yandex.Direct bots detects my lending within a day.
I look for a cloak for Yandex.Direct, but I am not engaged in philosophy.
I want to try JustCloakIt, but the website doesn't work.
Also I want to try cloaker.xyz, but on the website very few information on their system and suspiciously low prices is specified

What's wrong with justcloakit? The site does work.
