We contacted this member regarding our post on December 22, 2025. He repeatedly claimed that he could successfully run Google Ads for SMM panels using a cloaker and that he would optimize these ads for performance.

Based on these claims, we agreed to proceed.
• We paid $300 USDT for cloaker setup on January 8, 2026.
• Three days later, we also sent $300 USDT for ad spend.

He initially promised that the cloaking setup would be completed within 2 days. However, after receiving payment, he began making excuses. For approximately 2 weeks, he delayed the process, claiming he was having issues with his developer.

We then gave him one final additional week and clearly stated that if he failed to deliver, he must issue a refund immediately.

On January 23, 2026 (the agreed deadline), he asked for more time again. We refused and requested a refund.

At this point, he claimed that while sending the refund via Kraken crypto exchange, the payment was put on hold for 1 week and that we had to wait. During this time, he shared screenshots that were clearly edited and appeared to be fake (likely created using Photoshop).

As far as we know, USDT transfers do not get “held” like this in normal circumstances, which further increased our suspicion.

Even though we strongly suspected fraud, we waited the additional week he requested.

After that week passed, he completely stopped responding. We received no replies via WhatsApp, Telegram, or BHW private messages.

It obvious this member intentionally scammed us.
We provided all payment proofs, wallet transactions, and conversation screenshots.

First of all I gotta admit I'm kinda surprised to see this dispute as I have no clue as to who that person is.

I despite WhatsApp so much that I would really need to be paid millions of dollars to accept to use it.

I have never shared any WhatsApp on the forum. Where does this WhatsApp even come from? Where did you get my contact?

I saw your PM last time, when you said you'd open a dispute, and thought you were just fooling around as I had no clue as to who you were.

I have never interacted with you anywhere. Where did our deal even start? Those screens are not complete. The TG screens you're showing are not showing my @ (which is my unique handle). Anyone could create a fake conversation with an account whose name can be whatever name you want to use and generate an export of the conversation.

Please throw some light on that as I am a bit befuddled and need some clarifications.

OMG, this guy is really acting like a pure scammer I was already guessing he would try to use this kind of method.


But we are sorry to say that we already have all screenshots of our conversations with you. Even if we claim where is his Telegram tag proof, sorry mate but we saved it too. you can check the screenshots we attached.


We have already uploaded all of our evidence in the attachments. All our conversations started on Telegram, and then he asked for our WhatsApp and contacted us there. You can find all related screenshots in the evidence.


PS: It is interesting that this morning he deleted all our Telegram messages as well. Luckily, we already saved screenshots before that.

This is just crazy... I had to look for this DR specifically by opening most DR threads one after the other because I couldn’t remember the names of those involved : D

It’s crazy eh... I just read a new DR with the exact or almost the same script and excuse from the seller about why they are delaying fulfilling the service.

Even more so, the story from the buyer and the payment pattern sounded very similar. It just blows my mind reading the new DR and I couldn’t help but come back to find this DR again to confirm the similarities... just with different seller and buyer

I hope BHW cracks down on this because it might be the same seller with multiple accounts just going around doing the same thing or it could be a gang just following a script

I wanted to share this particular thread on the new DR to help the mod see the pattern from a previous DR but I know it might be breaking the rules to do that on the new DR by getting involved too early

I see @BassTrackerBoats is handling the new DR similar to this, so if he sees this thread it could be helpful for him in handling the new case faster

Yeah, they have multiple accounts and once one is banned, another one is waiting in the background. Thankfully a lot of them get banned behind the scenes, but some still make it through. The goal is to waste as much time as possible with this "Kraken" method, so that they can get more victims in the meantime. I'm convinced that above 50% of these Sellers in HAF who offer BH ads or cloaking services are doing it to scam people.

Who even needs cloaking services?

Might as well just implement a site wide ban on those sketchy services since most scams revolve around that sort of service.

Folks who want to advertise stuff Google won't have advertise and such.

Anyway, the scammers modus operandi is pretty clear, free review copies for services they don't have or don't work, there was also many threads where someone says wtb and the bam there's 25 replies within 2 minutes and such.

Same group, same "that's not my telegram no my crypto" excuses.
