Yahooo Answers - Are you Level 2 or More

Hi, I posted a quesiton on yahoo answers and then answered. But apparently in order to vote the question as the best answer you need to be a level 2.
I was wondering if anybody is a level 2 on here I would be willing to pay you if that's what it took.
