Well there are multiple solutions MagesticSEO or Opensiteexplorer but these aren't free. I mean you can get a limited use of the free part

Open Site Explorer iѕ thе nеxt best, IMO.

Also, it's pay fоr thе full version, but if you juѕt register уou'll gеt аlmоѕt аѕ much info as Yahoo site explorer gives.

It took ten minutes to get backlinks from my 4-months-old website with 10k links so I am not too thrilled about it.

I've already posted it here, but with Yahoo you can find backlinks by adding a double quote before a linkdomain command. Enjoy it!

I've found this trick on SEO Blackout (a french blog).
