I am wondering if Market Samuari is using their database to return results now or are they still having issues with YSE

They are relying only on Majestic now. This is why you cannot drill down to see the anchor text and PR of the backlinks, only the count.

They say that they are looking for alternatives to YSE. I hope that they have this fixed soon.
 
Thanks for sharing, I've been looking for a few alternatives... Using blekko and opensiteexplorer atm...
 
My vote for Majestic SEO where open site explorer not good for Backlink analysis..
