Yahoo Question and Answer Backlink don't work on new account

Hello Everyone, I see this few month when I give Yahoo question answer with URL. The link isn't working. But before this update I can give URL also they directly take URL as Anchor Text. Can anyone tell me, why they can't give backlinks for new account and when they give permission to create backlinks.

Because it is new account and Yahoo is preventing spam. This feature was implemented really really long time ago perhaps you are not aware that Yahoo implemented this.
