Hello ! I have a strange problem with my mail at Yahoo.When I try to login I get the message "invalid id or password"..so I try to recover the password .On the page where I suppose to fill all the security data like your birth,security answer and all that shit I get the message
So I call them ( password department) and they say my mail is shut down for violation of the tos
but they can't say what I did wrong ..only the guys from abuse department know.So I ask ..what is the number from abuse dep...but I find out they don't have a phone....In order to resolve my problem they advise to complete this form http://yahooabuse.notlong.com because in 2 days I will receive an answer.After 48 hours I receive a bs mail that instruct me how to recover my password in case I lost it and nothing about the tos violation.
I did all this trouble because I have over a few important mails and a lot of notes in the notepad section..not to mention all the friends on messenger.The most important thing is that i read the tos and I really didn't break any rule.
