Yahoo Local Listing Any one??

I'm looking for a way to do Local listing on Yahoo , without the option of a postcard
I know I can but I can not find the way
Can anyone help me??

Have you tried setting up a listing on Yahoo yet? Usually they give the option of choosing something other than the mail version. I know with the google one, if the option for verification over the phone does not appear, you only have the choice of verification by mail.

What is the difference between Yahoo Local and Bing Business Portal? Since Yahoo is Bing is the same thing they supposed to be the same, but seems like they completely different - any input on this?

Yep, they are completely different. Bing is postcard verify only- unless you know special tricks
