Yahoo contributor network question

Hello everyone,
before I found thread with making articles and upload it on Yahoo contributor network, but I didn't figure where to submit article to recive fixed price for example 2-15$?
I upload it and I see only article will recive money per views:

Can anyone help me?

You're obviously not in a country where they pay upfront.

I'm logging in with USA IP. So this is not problem.
But I would love picture where I can choose upfront if is that posible?

You did it wrong, You have set it to performance only by yourself.
Now you can't change it

On Saving the article I guess on 3rd step it asks you how you want yahoo to pay
Upfront then performance (this take a little extra time in publishing the article)
Or direct performance. (As per yahoo it takes just 1 week to get the Article published)

OP, I am not from the US, I didn't use proxy. I made US yahoo and US paypal (all without proxy) and still submitted few articles for upfront payment + performance payment.

You get the 3 options while submitting.
Exclusive, Non-exclusive and 'publish only' (something of that nature)
Your mission is to pick either of the 1st two option and go ahead from there.

Strangely they have stopped paying for the past month. A lot of people have yet to get paid after @ASAP1 posted it out so publicly.
