Okay I pissed! Over the last week a bunch of Yahoo Answer pages have pushed my website down the SERPS.

Yahoo Answers is one thing I havent got into and now I want to.

Am I correct in thinking you cant answer your own questions. If so, I guess you would need a IP blacker and different accounts. Is this correct?

Anything I should be aware before I start creating some Yahoo Answer pages?

Yes you can do that in fact i did a job for someone doing that they sent me the links and i posted the Q&A With different accounts. But anyway make sure to use a proxy!
 
Yeah, definitely use a proxy. Or outsource question posters.

Also, there are probably plenty of valid questions on YA that you could answer.

You'll look less spammy and avoid being banned if you answer questions unrelated to the site you're promoting.

You could also consider paying one of the kids that owns a Top Contributor account $50 and start out with a reputable account.
 
Whats best way to change your IP? The proxy software I have used in the past has been terrible.

I have YA hig hprofile if some people want we can exchange Q/A ;)
Btw YA gets to serps high but also drops fast around 1-2 weeks
 
weird, only just noticed all the bans going on at Digitalpoint surrounding yahoo accounts! Guess I wont be asking there

In the last week I have created 3 level 2 accounts without too much of an issue. I think I need level 5 before I can start placing html code making anchor texts.
 
Level 5? I thought you only needed a level 2. What exactly do you need to do to get to the required level, and how long does it take?

Also, can you use a web based proxy like zend2.com, or do you need a full browser proxy?
 
are there any other sites like google answers that google likes to put right to the top of serps
 
answerbag is a site. not sure about SERPs
