If your account is suspended then none can alive them. It will be better to spam with more no. of accounts this will reduce the chances of suspension

Make an appeal, but if you did not appeal and win, then the suspension is permanent, and you can not get the account back again - ever. You can make another account, but be sure you read their guidelines and the Terms of Service, so you are aware of the rules and regulations.

Just buy another account and move on..
