Yahoo Answers....?

Hey so i recently saw a guy who was selling yahoo answers on fiverr...

Does anyone know is this is a valid link building skill? It is only for $5 and I think i might want to try it but does it actually work?

Not Worth it in my honest opinion, even at $5.

7 Answers takes 2-3 minutes to answer, you could do it yourself and save $5 and buy another gig.

I've done Yahoo Answers before, it is profitable but many people don't use it properly, Yahoo is a lot weaker than Google, but they still do track you, but slower.

You could buy Yahoo Answer Assault, great program (Didn't have a chance to buy & try it yet, but looks great, and has some great reviews).

Only problem with that is you need 250 points before you can post links.

It only take a couple of days to get to level 2. Answer questions that have no answers and are a couple of days old this way your answer will end up the best answer and you get more points for it. They can be quite good for links, I get about 40 hit per month off one answer that is a couple of months old.

At level two, how cautious are you when placing links? what I mean is, do you literally then just fire your links on as many questions (relevant of cours) as possible. Also, is it safe to post shortened or affiliate links? I've tried yahoo but had ZERO success pretty sure theyre tracking me now regardless of what I write!

If you are thinking of using it for the link juice/seo, it's not really worth much, and I would say don't pay for it. It only takes a bit to get a level 2 acct. I have never seen any significant improvement with rankings dropping links on YA. Plus the links aren't anchor.

Be cautious. Provide real answers to real questions, and you should be fine. Make sure the link is CLOSELY related to the topic as well. I post a link in my answers every time. I also use links php redirected to the offer. Have been doing this for 3-4 months now, no problems.

I have also found that using an old Y account that is actually used for mail or whatever, helps as well. Mine is from the mid 90's.

Key to YA is to stay under the radar, and stick to topics you actually know something about.
