Yahoo Answers Voting Network?

Is there a network of people who will vote up each other's answers on Yahoo Answers?

I know there's that free service for Twitter where you log in and get "coins" for following people and then you can use those "coins" to put you in the mix to have people follow you and stuff. Seems like something similar should exist for yahoo answers. You vote up their answer and get a coin and can then ask others to vote up your answers.

At first, I thought this would be a bad idea because Yahoo could just get an account themselves and find out who's participating and then ban them, but this could be used against them as people could just grab real users (and prominent, active users at that) and punch their name into the system and get THEM banned.

Also, perhaps there is no way to verify that someone actually voted while it is possible to verify the follow in the Twitter example?

Hello, This is nice idea what you are thinking. But I did not see anything like that yet. So, If you can make this network personally then that would be very good.
