Yahoo answers - cant create a clickable link anymore :(

I was using yahoo answers for quite a long time, was always a solid source of traffic. About a week ago, they changed settings and ALL my links are non-clickable now, so I have lost around 2/3 of traffic.

As far as i know, only links from best answer and older answers from LVL3 accounts and higher are still clickable. I even created lvl3 account - newly created links are still non-clickable :(

Does anybody knows if it is still possible to create clickable links on YA somehow?

I also asked about this couple months ago and no one seems to have an answer on the change.
is it a level thing? is it a url shortener thing? its one of the two..
 
I've recently bought 3 yahoo answers level 2 accounts but when I tried last month to put in a link, it was unclickable.
 
so the question remains.... is it the url like a shortener or spammy link that will not work.
OR is it the level, did YA up the clickable level to three?
 
my God why do I ask here sometimes when I should be using my own advixe....OKAY so i went through the YA forum and found the updated policy here:

[h=1]When can I post active hyperlinks?[/h]Yahoo Answers uses a point and leveling system, based on trust, to protect the community against malicious links and spam. The ability to post clickable hyperlinks is dependent on your level.

  • Level 3 to 7 - URLs posted are live and clickable.
  • Level 1 and 2 - URLs are still visible but not clickable. To access these links, you'd need to copy and paste the URL into your browser's address bar.
Only access links that you're certain are safe and not a security threat to your computer.

just like i thought it is level three accounts now that give you a clickable link....use to be level two
 
Yahoo just updated their system and made it clickable for Level 3- up. But if the link isn't clickable now, will it become clickable once i reach leavel 3 even after 1 yrs?
 
The interesting part is that the OP says he has a LVL 3 acc and his links are still non-clickable.
 
So, the simple new rule for 2016 YA traffic is, get your account(s) to level 3, or buy level 3 from somebody else, or by a gig from somebody who has level 3 who will use it to add clickable links for you.
 
Oh I forgot about my own thread :) Yeah find that out some time ago, links are clickable with LVL3 accounts, i have a few of them already. Still I dont understand why some answers are ghosted and some not, seems like yahoo is ghosting answers which contains links and some specific words in text like "weight loss" for example.

So links are not clickable and competition is fierce. I put a non clickable link yesterday and within 30 min. it had 5 thumbs down.
 
When I saw this thread I thought I would try my old account. I forgot how old is the account, but just a few minutes ago before I made this reply, I just created a clickable link at Yahoo Answer :)

yah good question is if you had a level 2 acct and had clickable links removed can you go back into your accoutn answer some questions and bump your self up to level 3 and get live links again. i believe it will, become clickable once your acct crosses into level 3, I will try this in the next week and report a new thread on this method...
 
Hello mate!
I think Yahoo has changed the version of HTML that's why links are non-clickable.
We have to know about the latest version of HTML.
After updating the Yahoo all my links are also non clickable.
