hi guys,

i've created a yahoo answers account to place a backlink to my website. i've answered alot of questions until i've reached level 2 (250 points). at level 2 i should be able to post a backlink but when i post the backlink its not shown as link, just as text.

do you guys know why this happens?

anyway, backlink is still nice even if its nofollow. can someone help me?
 
i am already level 2 but it dont work.
 
I am not expert in this topic, but doesn't have any button URL?
Also, do quora works for backlinks? or is it just a waste of time?
 
I believe Quora does still work for BL's. The last time I tried was 2 years ago with success.
 
Ya is still alive and kicking well for those who have kept at it. Two years ago ya made some major changes to rid all of the spam and affiliates... so they made some changes to their algorithm.


Many links on pages were deranked and dropped off page one etc.
And to answer your question about live links yahoo now changed the level to 3 to be able to post live links. So once your level 3 your links now go click able again.

You should use the image and source fields until you reach level 3. All the best...
 
Not as good nice. Never will be I've done both made wayyy better ctr w ya. Equals more bank.
 
Yes it is true that you will need at least level 3 profile now to post live links on yahoo answers. What is more if your sole purpose is to spam, then it might not work. Because yahoo answers has changed its algorithm recently.
However if you answer smartly, you can still get backlink (doing this from last 5 years).
 
You want to reach level 3 to make your link clickable.
You can try Quora also.
 
Better you can try Quora.
In Yahoo answers, you should reach level 3 for posting the links I think.
Many people have that same issue,its good if Yahoo answers will resolve it.
 
To post links you have to reach level 3 in Yahoo answer. Better go with Quora.
 
Use Quora instead. It's easier to rank quora pages than yahoo. And it gets more popular too.
