Yahoo Answers - Answering Limit 0

Hello!
Today I noticed that I cannot use my newly created yahoo answers account because of :

Sorry, you've reached your daily answering limit. Unfortunately you can only answer 0 questions per day.

They claim that my answering limit is 0 but it is said to be 20 for level 1.

Sth has "broken" probably sth around 24 hours ago - it worked fine and instantly stopped.

Anyone experiences such a problem?
Any ideas how to fix it?

I have tested accounts created by bot (100% clean cookies and ip) and manually - both didn;t worked.

They will be fine after 36 hours

Give it some time. Yahoo!'s computers are coal powered and take a few extra hours to tell zero from 20.

Does it mean that new accounts will always need additional time to be fully usable?
As far it was done instantly.

Update:
My they changed required requests and I missed it...
Now its working fine
