Yahoo Answers and Wordpress Website with Adsense?

I have been a little away from internet marketing but not from SEO....This is kind of a question that has been asked so many times on blackhatworld but i would still like to ask this time because I want to know if this still is working or not?

I am going to buy a wordpress theme that allows you to fetch yahoo Answers. Niche is Google.

Tell me if i run this website what is the probability of ranking this website without massive backlinking, also does google allows you to put adsense on such websites?
