I am not sure about it though I think still they wont be able to beat the google which is father of all the search engines

This isn't anything new. Here's an article from July 2009 regarding the merger.

Here it is a year and a half later and not much has really changed. Google is still the top of the heap.

Hey Greywolf,

I know what your saying. To be more specific I was talking more about the merger for their cpc programs finally being fianlized.
