I'm not sure on anything "free" out there, but you do understand that you are also going to need lots of proxies, along with Captcha Solving credits right?

like was said even if you find cheap app you will need proxies and captcha credits anyways

i created multithead yahoo creator with ocr so no decap credit socket based , support proxies can run up to 2k threads real fast and making 3k + accounts per hour !
