Is there anyway to extract/scrape ALL the link results from Yah00 Site Expl0rer?
Don't know if there is a convenient quick way, but just a point - remember it is a url explorer not a domain explorer, so if the site has sub folders you can extract each of these separately by putting the url/subfolder as the domain. Might be stating the obvious, but might also be something you overlooked.
You can export the 1st 1000 results very easily in Yahoo site explorer.
Simply click export to TSV and then open the saved file with Excel...et voila.

If you want to do all of them may be a bit more difficult
Yeah that's what I have been doing so far. I just wondered if there was a way to collect all the urls results.
Thanks for the reply guys.
Yes we are doing it but you shouldnt do it with site explorer(even if its far better normally). Instead use
Then go from there, f.ex:
This can be done in a wide variety of ways and its best you use some kind of AI/intelligent script and work methodically. Naturally, if you want to get the lion part of links for a big domain you are going to do a whole lot of queries, so bunker up with IPs
Thanks for the tips...Ill try them out.
I've got PHP script I wrote which does this somewhere I'll find it tomorrow, it extracts all links as a list. It uses the Yahoo API but I believe the maximum backlinks Yahoo shows is 1000.
try www.majesticseo.com , they show up to 7500 backlinks
