XXX Is A Scam Site

I know it's kind of a moral choice to put blank is a scam in huge letters in your title, just so you can be the most visited review site and get a lot of money of affiliate marketing. But I searched up a site I wanted to do a review on and found that xxx scam vs xxx review has 3x the searches.

So I'm going after this keyword, anything I have to watch out for? Defamation charges or anything? I decided I'd put the site on one of my offshore servers in the Netherlands. Thanks.

"product name + scam / product name + reviews" keywords and domain is a very common and often the top choice if you want to build a site form a certain product.

Unless you are really implying that the certain product is actually scam (without proof), I think you will do just fine!
