They are perfect for adult sites. if you got MONEY then you can contact the people who make it to reserve it or wait till they come out officially and register at godaddy or something, although the keywords will already be used in that 110k

wow that exstenion sounds awsome just perfect for an adult site :p

I bought mine from https://www.new.net/

Hope that helps

Is that legit? There's a domain I typed in that it says is ONLY available in .xxx ... and its the perfect keyword for it. Seems too good to be true for $35.

I don't know, I bought one before that is like a top 5 name for porn related sites. I'm trying to figure it out now. I read on the site the following:

What will happen if ICANN releases a domain name extension that is identical to a New.net domain name?
We are working very hard to achieve universal resolvability of New.net domain names through a combination of ISP relationships and plug-in downloads. At the same time, we are reaching out to ICANN and its supporters to get them to understand the viability of our names and our approach and to get ICANN to add our names to the 'root' servers that they operate. Should ICANN decide to introduce a domain name extension in conflict with one of our extensions and assign it to another registry, they will in fact introduce a 'collision' in the name space, something they have professed wanting to avoid. If that were to happen, individual consumers and ISPs would have to choose between the ICANN version and the New.net version of the name. It is our intention to demonstrate a massive market acceptance of our names that will prevent such collisions from being introduced.

I hope I don't get fucked over...

Yeah, it told me freeporn.xxx was available. No way. Lol.
I think you're right.

Firstly their domain new.net is registered in other place. You can check it here: whois.domaintools.com/new.net
and look here: new.net/contactus

Also company name isn't same. In whois is written that this domain is owned by Vendare Media Corp.

I think they are scamers. Be careful.

Good luck.

P.s. Let me know if they are legit.
