Xvideos report (Help!)

Hello guys, I have been uploading videos to xvideos.
And I did get two copyright strikes, they just deleted my videos, but all the other videos are live and so is my account.
Today I got another takedown notice, one of my videos was getting a lot of views and it was reported due to underage, will they take down that video too or will I have any further consequences?
I'm sure that somebody reported it just to lower the competition because I'm in the mature wives niche lol, I was quite shocked when I saw that. Didn't have such a situation before.
Please let me know, thank you

My friend the only suggestion that I can give is "stop stealing other's content and start making your own".... if it was your original content and you are the owner of content then you can always appeal to re investigate the case.

Simply open a support ticket and comply with their rules

If indeed there was a minor in that movie...and you didn't used any proxy...watch your back. Each year Europol does those raids.

Yeah fuck I didn't use a proxy, only my home IP. But, I'm sure that the model wasn't underage because as I said I'm in the matures niche.
Kind of got freaked out now, I thought that they take down such videos like copyrighted ones.

Why did you not use a proxy ? if you are uploading to Xvideos in mature niche then you could try amateur mature from pornmd sites e.g Pornhub, redtube etc and the amateur videos are less likely to flag attention when compared using big stars such as Lisa Ann

You do not comply with their rules. Find/create your own content rather than performing re-uploads.

Sure it is, find your own unique niche, unique content from less popular porn tubes and reupload it there.

A lot of people doing the porn reupload method simply reupload videos.
The point is to reupload videos that are unique, possibly from torrents, not from xhamster like everybody does.

Because I have only one account on xvideos. I'm not uploading from mulitple ones.
And yes I do upload amateur mature videos, not any big stars. Only uploads that are mainly old but still in HD and homemade.

and how much can you make per day per video?

Hi, I’m in a similar situation. At the beginning of this year I posted an amateur video that was taken down for being underage even though it wasn’t. Nothing has happened since but I just want to know what happened in your situation since this thread was made in 2019. Thanks

Same here only they opened a dispute on such a complaint, what happened in your case?

Ok folks. I started an account here just to share my experiences about a similar issue and what the outcome was, because it had me terrified too. I hope this will bring you some peace of mind. This personal experience of mine was a nightmare for a few days but everything turned out fine.

I had put together some old video clips of me doing.... Things. Then I got creative and added a soundtrack to my video. It got nailed of course and the video was suspended. Naturally, seeing the warning they post about 'awaiting legal documents was terrifying. But just to reinforce what others have said, if you screw up like this you just get a warning. If you do it three times, you are banned.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT LEGAL ACTION!

However, that was just the start.

You see I was using a doll in this video.... for things you might imagine. GoogleSafeAPI picked this up as underaged content, and my second attempt at posting the video got suspended. So by this point I was just mortified. Here was this vid, flagged as having underaged content. (some of these dolls -do- look young) And really this is an excellent safeguard they have against people posting up truly wrong and reprehensible stuff. In this case I simply initiated a dispute, professionally explained that it was indeed just a doll in the video and for them to please look at it. A few days later they got to the dispute and immediately cleared my video and now it's up fine.

I wanted to share my experience to try and resolve your fears if you run into issues like this on XV.

IN CONCLUSION: Don't be dumb like I was and put music or anything copyrighted in your vids and you will be fine. Also know that SafeAPI will pick up and suspend -anything- that remotely looks like it even could be underaged content. In this case just dispute it, they will get back to it in a few days and clear it, once human eyes actually see what it is.

You will be fine.

I hope this saves you the horror I went through. Here's to healthy and smart online behaviour.
