I've been using xvideos on and off to promote a site of mine but now everytime I try to upload a video I get "You have uploaded too many videos for today". I haven't uploaded any videos to the account yet and the age of the accounts is about a week. Are they doing this because of the spammers or am I using bad proxies?

Looks like it's happening to lots of people because I just checked the queue and it's at 0 and only a few hundred videos are being encoded.

My older accounts seem to be working fine without any limits. I guess they are working on something to fight the spamming again.

I have the exact same problem! It is really annoying. Does anyone know how to fix it? Xvideos is my favourite platform

Probably bad proxies...this happened to me Sunday, I switched out the proxy and was instantly able to upload videos.

Good to know. I'm going to switch my provider this week but it looks like they're cracking down hard since the uploads decreased drastically.

even the IP address from my 4g mobile phone doesn't work :(

I think it's blocked for most people because there are only a few hundred videos being encoded. I have a stockpile of accounts from a month ago and all of them are allowed to upload without limitations. I hope they keep it like this or maybe require each new account to age a few weeks before being able to upload because it was getting ridiculous seeing 20k videos in the queue spamming the same videos day in and day out.

I don't think so because I've created an account on my friend computer and its working.
only bad proxies and 4g that doesn't work

Maybe you're right. Maybe they're cracking down on datacenter proxies but I don't see why 4g wouldn't work. I'll try making an account from my 4g tomorrow morning and I'll let you know if I got the same problem or not.

I have said it several times, but most people got mad when I used to tell them, if you are going to aggressively market on the tubes you need the proper set up, shared proxies is a big no no, and we have even realized that some geos are banned as well.

The best thing to do is to buy residential proxies, now the issue here is that they change every certain time so you can be kicked out of the process of uploading the video when the residential proxies change, the solution here is to edit your videos offline, to make them shorter and to use formats that are lighter when you are uploading them to the main sites, once you solve this issue the residential proxies are the way to go.
