not the bot's website, it's working fine, but the dev's forum and the licensing server, those both are down
if your bot is already running it will run until you don't stop it, but when you try to restart it, it won't start, because it won't be able to connect to the licensing server, it's the case since 2 days now, i guess you ran your bot 24/7 since then

Great....., i cant't start xtumble bot, its showing me massage, that my subscription has expired, last time i paid for subscription - Sep 23, 2014. I submit ticket to help desk, but usually it takes 5 days to get some response. Can someone from blackhattoolz help me?

Double check your subscription to see it's still there. This happened to me before if it's not there just buy it again.
