xTumble bot server issues???

Hey what's up guys...just wondering if anyone else out there using xtumble bot has been having server issues for the past day or 2?
I hit up support and tried to get into the skype group, but i've had no response.

i just started using this, so i was wondering if anyone had any experience with this...is it common or not really?
I keep getting the error "unable to connect to the remote server". Really just wanna know if this means that something is going on with the bot/or tumblr/or me!

Other than this, it's been working pretty amazingly.
