xsserver vps help

hello guys, im new to this whole vps thing. i just purchased a vps from xsserver. it appears as if i cannot find my ip so i can remote access and run scrapebox from the vps. is there usually a setup period? if not, could someone that has a vps with xsserver please tell me how i can go about finding my ip? thank you.

There is no instant setup for the vps u need to wait. Try contacting the support and ask them how long do the setup takes

Well it has been almost 72 hours since i made my vps purchase through xsserver and I still have nothing. I wouldn't suggest going through xsserver, their customer service is pretty shotty and well their service is even worse.

chk out ur spam folder. or login to ur customer portal and see under services on whmcs if any details thr.
