Hey guys, is Xsserver support responding to you at all right now? Because my VPS has been down for 2 days literally, I raised the ticket 2 days ago and they still haven't responded. Is it just with me or everyone else?

I bought VPS on Friday and wrote to support also no answer.

use search box and you will get the answers, but i can give you mine now.
they take me 5 days to solve VPS problems

I am having a similar experience. Half the time my VPS is f*king down. I am done with these guys. They used to be pretty good, but now they have gone downhill in a major way.

Btw, of course I used search. Frantically. There were no threads about problems currently.

There are a lot better hosting companies out there that have better support. If you are looking to move to a different host that has great support, check my signature.

They may have less support in weekends. Usually they take up to 24 hours to solve an issue.
